How do I join my company's WorkLink workspace?
WorkLink is invite-based. Your administrator either creates an account for you (you'll receive a temporary password and set your own on first sign-in) or sends you an invite link where you choose your name and password. Contact your company admin if you haven't received an invite.
How do I delete my WorkLink account?
In the WorkLink mobile app, open Profile > Legal & support > Delete account. This disables sign-in, revokes authentication and device tokens, removes your profile from active directories and assignments, and de-identifies the profile. Shared workspace records such as messages, tasks, comments, and schedules may remain for your organization. You can also contact your workspace admin or support@intechnova.co for help.
Which platforms does WorkLink run on?
WorkLink is available as a native iOS app, an Android app, and a web app — all connected to the same workspace, with messages, tasks, and calls staying in sync everywhere.
How do voice and video calls work?
Open any direct or group conversation and tap the phone or camera icon. On iOS, incoming calls ring like a regular phone call — full-screen with continuous ringing, even when the app is closed or the phone is locked.
Can WorkLink translate messages?
Yes. Long-press any text message and choose Translate — the translation appears right under the original message, automatically switching between English and Chinese. Long-press again to hide it.
What are recurring schedules?
Admins (or you, for yourself) can create work schedules that repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, or monthly. WorkLink automatically generates the task ahead of each occurrence and reminds the assignees before the deadline.
How do task reminders behave?
Tasks with deadlines remind participants 24 hours before, 1 hour before, and at the deadline (customizable). Reminders that haven't fired are cancelled automatically once the task is completed.
Who can manage a group chat?
The group's creator and company admins can rename the group and add or remove members. Everyone else can participate and leave the group at any time.
Is my data secure?
Your workspace data is stored on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and private file storage. Voice and video media flows through an encrypted real-time network and is never recorded by us.
