GrowRec
How do I create my first grow record?
Navigate to the Records section, select your room and grow cycle, then click 'Add Record'. Fill in the environmental data — temperature, humidity, CO₂, and other metrics. VPD is calculated automatically from your temperature and humidity values.
What is VPD and why does GrowRec colour-code it?
Vapour Pressure Deficit (VPD) is a key indicator of how well your plants can transpire. GrowRec colour-codes every VPD reading — green for propagation and early veg, blue for late veg and early flower, purple for mid and late flower, and red for values outside the safe range.
How do I set up multiple grow rooms?
Go to the Rooms section and click 'Add Room'. You can create as many rooms as needed. Each room maintains its own grow cycles, records, and data history.
What user roles are available in GrowRec?
GrowRec supports three roles: Super Admin (full platform access), Admin (full access within a company), and Operator/Viewer roles with configurable menu permissions. Admins can manage user access from the Users section.
Can I compare data between cycles or rooms?
Yes. Navigate to the Compare section, select two rooms and their respective grow cycles, choose your metrics (temperature, humidity, EC/PPM, etc.), and click 'Generate Comparison' to view a side-by-side chart.
Is there a GrowRec mobile app?
Yes. GrowRec has a companion mobile app for iOS and Android, optimised for quick data entry on the floor of your grow room. Contact our support team for access.
How do I reset my password?
Password resets are managed by your company Admin. Contact your Admin to have your password updated. If you are the Admin, please contact InTechNova support at support@intechnova.co.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@intechnova.co and we will process your request. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Lydgr
How do I add a receipt in Lydgr?
Upload a receipt image or PDF, or snap one with your phone's camera, then enter the details — merchant, amount, currency, date, category, tax, and any notes. The receipt and its details are saved together so everything stays organised and searchable.
What member roles does Lydgr support?
Lydgr is multi-organization with role-based access: Owner, Accounting, and Regular members. Regular members submit receipts; Accounting reviews and approves; Owners manage the company and its members.
Can I connect my bank account?
Optionally, yes. Lydgr can connect to your bank account to sync transaction history automatically, so you can match and reconcile expenses without entering everything by hand. Bank connections use a secure flow, and your bank login credentials are never stored by InTechNova.
Can I export reports for bookkeeping or tax?
Yes. Filter and query your expenses, then export clean monthly reports for reconciliation, bookkeeping, and tax. Lydgr works on the web and on native iOS and Android apps, and is fully bilingual in English and Chinese.
How do I reset my password?
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in screen to receive a password-reset email. If you have trouble, contact us at support@intechnova.co.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion of your account, company data, or a linked bank connection by contacting us at support@intechnova.co. Some records may be retained for the period required by accounting, tax, or legal-retention laws.
